DBF Team Ratings

I want to change my team ratings so that they reflect their real life performance not what players they have on the team. Like some teams who were injured but have good players and their ratings are still high, anyone know how to do this?
I tried going in teams.dbf file and changing the overall and rawoverall but when I get into the game it's still the same as before?
