As far as I know. That isn't possible.
The game is designed so that is has 29 teams everywhere in Dynasty...

but i got the bobcats in the Season mode. it crashes in franchise mode.... *!&$@*@&$(*!@$

i did it in 2003, worked in franchise and everything....thats when my love of creating new teams started
