New boards with lightnings

At the moment i watch the Dallas match against Orlando!
I saw that the board has a lightning all over when the clock turns to 0.
Is it possible to create it in the game?

it's already in the game. The backboard lights up to help refs determine whether a last second shot is good (on time) or bad (not in time). Try it, in the closing seconds of each quarter, take a good look at the backboards when the clock turns 0:00.
