For those who crash back to windows after seeing EA'S LOGO

I wonder if someone has slove this problem, i found this problem is always happen on Winodws XP OR 2000 ,here is my solution:

1. Login as Guest, and play~~~~ or
2. Change your user name to "English" User name, because some files are located in the ..:\Documents ans Setting\[user name]\NBA LIVE 2004,
if you your User name is not in English, the game cannot locate the above path~~~~~
