is htere a dbf i can edit to change when people retire, and the age of the people drafted.....

Age can easily be changed by editing the BIRTHDATE field. Simply change the year they were born.

You can't specify when a player will retire, but you can set it so that they'll hang around a while. If a player is 30 or younger with a good career package and good ratings, he should stick around for at least another 5 seasons, generally more.

i mean like age when u draft them, most players in the draft are ages 18-24, i wanna change that to 18-18, andi want to make people retire aftera max of 4 years. guess it's not possible though.
