can someone plaese tell me how to use nba store stuff in the games and how do you get dynasty points to use?

Jerseys you unlock in the NBA Store can be used in the listed modes. For example, you can unlock jerseys to be used in Practice Mode, as well as practice jerseys and additional retros to be used in 5 on 5 gameplay (though practice jerseys aren't available in Dynasty Mode).

Shoes can be given to any player either when creating new players or editing existing players. To give headbands to non-created players though, you will need to do some DBF editing.

Dynasty Points are earned along with NBA Store points when playing games in Dynasty Mode. Completing various tasks in a game will earn you a certain amount of points which you can then use to assign training sessions and purchase extras such as shooting coaches to boost your players' ratings.
