This only happens on occasion but someone will get fouled shooting and it will say going to the line and either that team will get the ball back or the other team will get the ball. Its really annoying when someone is driving in, and it should be a 3 point play and theres a foul, the point counts and the other team gets the ball, or something like that.

Also on the inbounds pass you can imbound into the backcourt as far as I know, but if you do that in NBA Live its a violation!

If a player gets injured on a play and is going to the line, like a flagrant foul or something, with NBA rules if they cant go to the line and someone replaces them, they are not allowed back in the game.

yeah, if a player took a shot then an offensive foul occurs (after shot, mostly dunks n layups) the team that inbounds will be called for outta bounds... weird...
