Cyberface Request

I know this may be too much to ask for some of you cyber-face makers out there. But I was wondering if somebody would be able to make a cyberface for my friends. I was going to take some photos of their faces with a digital camera. Then have the faces placed on the created player (I heard on another post somewhere that this is possible)

And if so, what do you think would be best angle? (straight forward right?) and exactly how close / big should the photo be? Is a bigger photo that you shrink better for cyberfaces? or vice-versa.
