how do i create a new franchise (a new team) in dynasty mode

if any one knows if you can make your own team from scratch and could tell me that would be awsome...

I'm pretty sure the game will crash if you add a team after you start a Dynasty game. But if you want to try, the procedure has been described in the Patching Issues forum. You'll need to add the team to the database when the playoffs have finished, before you advance to the next season.
