How to keep tight on 'D'

Can anyone tell me what is the best way to do good defense with 'realistic slides' - 48min. - All-Star. The percentage of my opponents' shooting seems too big very often. what should i do, use, any defence strategy????????????

Ben's sliders, full court press, get back on defense & try to alter the opponent's shot everytime their player is in the paint , works for me.
