Is it me or do the cyberfaces and headshapes look like total crap?I think I'll stick with 2003.

You'd rather have better graphics over better game play? Damn... :?

Hey a Smurly sighting. Yes, the headshape's are terrible this year, but the gameplay is a 100% better than 2003.
Most guys do look like shit, but they can be patched if the right headshape is found.

Jackyl, never said that,I have heard the gameplay is really good but I'm still enjoying 2003 fully patched and you have to admit these faces and headshapes are pretty bad.I'll eventually get it I'm sure.

Man,I've been checking out the 2004 announcements section and if some of these cyberfaces being released are "way better than EA's" then this must be a really ugly game.

LOL, yeah, EA was horrible this year, but I play it for gameplay only, I dont mind them being that ugly. There are some nice patches though...which do look like their real life counterpart: Yohance's Marbury, Kobe4MVP's Fisher, Tony's Bryant...someones Dwayne Wade and Troy Bell, the name slips my mind.

I didn't even buy Live 2003. It was crap. I don't care if the actual players are on the screen, if the game play is arcadish and completely unrealistic (Live 2003) then I wouldn't waste my time on it. Man, get Live 2004, it is way better. Really, you're missing out.

I'm not dissing on anybody's patches, some look good but the overall look of the headshapes and cyberfaces. As far as 2003 gameplay,if you tweak around with LiveEd and do some dbf editing the gameplay is really good.2004 also sound a bit buggy.I've read about choppy gameplay and a few others.Honestly I can't say I haven't picked up the box in the store and considered buying it.
