Which roster is the best?

Hey guys,

I can't seem to find a suitable roster for the PC. Can you recommend one? I'm looking for a roster where everything is edited: attributes, tendencies, badges, playbooks, etc.

Dest2k's roster seems good, but I have no idea what he's done in detail.

I hope you can help me out.
