crash

Hello everyone, I just bought 2K26 and I have a big problem. After a few minutes of gameplay (often right after the first timeout), I get this message saying that "Memory is exhausted. This game requires at least 8GB of system memory and 4GB of graphics memory. Close other applications to try to reduce memory usage."

But I have 32GB of RAM on my PC, I don't understand. Does anyone know anything about this and could help me, please?

my PC configuration :

GPU:
AMD Radeon RX 6800
16GO

CPU:
AMD Ryzen 7 7700 3.8/5.3GHz 8-Core 16 Thread
ASRock B450 Pro4
32GB (2x16GB) KINGSTON DDR4 3200MHz
SSD 480GB Patriot Burst (560MB/s - 540MB/s)

Yeah, your PC is more than strong enough, this isn’t a hardware issue.

A few quick things that usually fix this:
Update your AMD GPU drivers (use the latest stable, not beta). Turn off overlays (AMD, Steam, Discord). Make sure Windows page file is enabled and set to system managed.
Lower texture quality one notch and restart the game. Clear/reset shader cache in AMD Adrenalin.

2K games are known to throw this error even on high-end PCs, so it’s most likely a bug on their side.
