Bassman58's Magic-Bird Era courts

I have done most of the courts for the Magic vs Bird Era. I have included the charge circle because you can't revert back to the old NBA rules. I also included media lines. The only court that I did not make was Philadelphia's The Spectrum because it was already done by Lagoa. I used Lagoa's Spurs court as an example.

Atlanta Hawks Omni Coliseum used 1972-1997. This court is for 1983-84 season. Thanks to Lagoa & RedLite2K for the template. Copy mods folder to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\NBA 2K25 Fixed folder structure for v 1.1.

2K incorrectly uses The Palace at Auburn Hills. This arena was not used until 1988.

Has anyone else had any trouble with these courts? I downloaded each of them and some of them work but some of them are all black when I'm playing (Chicago and Atlanta). I put them all in the correct folder, that I'm sure of. Anyone else with this issue?

dshay 7, I also had the same issues i think it's similar to some issues Lagoa had, with a few of his courts he had to re-upload the courts due to an update from 2k.

Apologies. For Chicago and Atlanta I forgot to put the files in the correct folder structure. I will fix this soon. Move the IFF files to the levels folder or wait for the next revision. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\NBA 2K25\mods\levels is the correct folder. I verified these courts in the Eras Play Now.
Fixed files are now available in the downloads section.

I redownloaded every single court and tried them all out in the Eras Quick Play using the 1983 Era.

Here are the ones that are still black:
Houston Rockets 83
Atlanta Hawks
Dallas Mavericks
Denver Nuggets
Cleveland Cavs
Detroit Pistons
Golden State Warriors

Here is the only one that works:
Boston Celtics

I can verify that they are all in the correct folder (levels).

dshay7, don't know what to say. They work for me on Steam. If others still have problems or know of a solution let us know. They were all made since the Nov 29 patch. Here's proof.

Here are the names of the arenas used for 1983-84. 2K incorrectly used the wrong court for three teams. 2K's IFF files have the wrong floor for Detroit, San Diego and Seattle. I have all the courts made. Just need the time to upload. I copied the info from Excel so it's not neatly aligned.

What you need to do is troubleshoot your problem by identifying any file(s) that are causing the problem. Make a temporary folder on your desktop. Move the files made by me to the temporary folder. Go to Play Now/Eras Quick Play/Magic vs Bird Era. Select the home team for each of my files. Start the game and verify the court is visible. You will now be using 2Ks default files. If it works then one of my files doesn't work with your system or one of the other floor files you have installed. You may have to move all of the other files to the temp folder and verify that all is working. Then copy files back to the LEVELS folder one at a time. Check the game situation and repeat. You do not need to restart 2K25 each time. The game will load any file in the LEVELS folder after you start a new game. It's a pain in the butt but that's the only way to troubleshoot. I had an issue with a Kevin Durant cyberface crashing the game using the Steph Era. Of course the bad file was the last one I moved out of the MODS folder, so I feel your pain. I downloaded another KD file and all is fine now. If you find a fix, please let us know so it may help others.
