for now I could take any request if someone wants me to convert any shoes in 2k25 into non editable shoes

I'd love to know what new methods you have discovered.
Why are you wanting to make shoes non-editable? You can do that by creating a colourway in the editor?
Or you can edit the shoe_global, like I have done to give Keldon Johnson a textured shoe!

Yep, you can edit a colourway or a default to work in MC and MyTeam
I would love to hear the complicated explanation when you get some time, but am I correct in thinking you took the shoe color files from the one in the roster_textures and added it to the ng?
I've done loads and this whole thread was about doing similar.

Yes mate that was correct, you can also use other colors if there's any, like those with real textures by modders, even from previous 2k version, you just need to make sure that they have the same size to make it works.

wait, can you make jaylen brown wears his signature shoes without affecting other players that used generic? right now jaylen is still using generic and if you replace it, all of the players who used it will have the same shoes as him, Im talking about making it possible without loading the roster.

Not really, in myteam you can give a player shoes so I swapped the jbs to replace one i had a card for. If I play against jb he will have the generics - well the Air Jordan 1s in my game

yeah I only edit one side of the color file for this and just copy the other one.

why did you not edit\colour the Right shoe as well though?

coz it will take a lot of time and there's a lot of shoes to cover, plus I've also learned that shoes that not in the menu but its still in the system can be converted,eg zoom bb nxt, ua embiid 1 etc
