jersey modding question

I've modded jerseys for a few years now and never really had a problem. It all went smoothly in 2k23 too but this year when I follow the same process in editing the jersey textures the player model shows up invisible.
Anybody know the solution to this?

if anyone faces this in the future, just make it a png and change it from .dds to .png in the txt file

can you give a play by play detail? I am trying to make missing jerseys

That seems a mad way of doing it, you just need to save the dds in the same format as the txtr file, usually DXT1.

jnoooks, you can use 23/24 jerseys in 25, same methods but fonts and tweaks might need work. Also we can't add unis this year you have to overwrite existing ones.

Does anyone have the new jerseys for this season (city editions, jazz, clippers, etc) exported from 2k25 for use in previous games? Any help would be appreciated

The format is different so they can't just be imported
