Has anyone found out how to use some of the hidden uniforms in the game?

I saw the Lakers throwback Minneapolis uniforms in the files, but when I copy it overtop of their home uniform, it has overlapping Nike Swooshes and doesn't look right. Is this just a product of it not being made for 2K25, or has someone been able to get it to work?

yep, open the minn tweak in hxd, open the home one, copy the first 4 lines from the home over the minn and save as the home one.

Are you pasting it over the first 4 lines of the other one, or are you just leaving 4 lines in the new one? Maybe I am not following correctly.

Yes, I understand that. I am asking are you pasting the first four lines OVER TOP OF the first four lines in the other file or are you just pasting it in the top of the file?

As you are trying to replace the info I would recommend pasting it OVER

Tried again today. These are the exact steps I followed and I got a blank uniform. Took fresh exports of the Lakers HWC from char/uniforms/ and clothing/ . Then I renamed everything that said hwc to home. Then I took the first four lines from clothing_resource_u015lal_current_home_tweak.iff (00-03) and pasted it over the file that used to be named clothing_resource_u015lal_current_hwc_tweak.iff . And I got a blank uniform…

No idea what a blank uniform is? Do you mean it has no logos and name/numbers? In uniforms there should be a u015lal_current_home sub folder with a file inside called u015lal_current_home.iff which is the copied/renamed hwc?
Then in clothing you have the renamed hwc to home tweak. Open that and copy the 4 lines from an original home tweak and copy those 4 lines over the renamed one (you are opening the file inside the iff aren't you?)
It worked for me , though you also need to copy over the logos from the hwc or you get this

This is what my folder looks like. I've exported the files using the NBA 2K File Explorer. Is there a better way? Also when I say blank I mean literally empty/see through/invisible.

Folders look good to me, no idea how you make the jerseys invisible by copying them.

What uniforms have you seen that are hidden?

Does any one have a loose list of uniforms?

I don't think any are 'hidden' but in Eras for eg some are unavailable. In playnow the City unis can't be used by the classic teams etc

After combing through 90% of the files, I noticed there are a LOT of jerseys that are not accessible in the game. For example, all of the USA Olympic Jerseys are in the game dating back to 1982 up until current day (which I have modded into my game) as well as All Star Jerseys dating back to the 60's. I am not sure why they have them in the files and not accessible for any of the modes -_-.

Yep, they seem to be left overs or maybe some MyTeam or Career challenges that never happened?

I know for a fact the US ones were from last year... but All Star? Not too sure.

Are there any team uniforms that you all are seeing that inst accessible? I also noticed they added some new uniforms to the files (2017-18 Houston Rocket uniforms in MyEra)

There were lots of all star unis last year, I added the championship and Adidas logos to them and fixed some dodgy logo positioning.
