PC, PS5, & XSX Official Patch Notes & Discussion (Latest Patch: 7.0)

As you've probably seen, the Season 4 PC patch is out now. Release dates have been updated accordingly.

Players' shoe brands are locked, so even if they change in real life, they cannot be updated in the game.

The roster size is fixed at 18 players, making it difficult to edit freely.
Features like Hardship and Eurostash have been removed, making roster editing even more challenging.
Using Cheat Engine is not an option.

Shouldn't the Exhibition Game mode at least allow more flexibility in roster editing?
Some teams have been given a 19-player roster as an exception through Hardship, but it's something only you (the developers) can control.
Wouldn't it be possible to make this more flexible for users?

The Season 5 patch is out now on PS5 and XSX|S. PC patch should be coming through shortly with the new season tipping off in MyTEAM and MyCAREER this weekend.

• Addressed an issue that could cause disconnects in multiplayer games when defensive settings are adjusted

• The base color of Galaxy Opal has been updated from gray to green. Some of your existing Player Cards may be more colorful!
• The city ambiance sounds have been removed from Breakout
• The “World Tour” trophy/achievement will now unlock as intended
• Resolved various rare hangs and minor visual issues in MyTEAM menus

• Various stability fixes and improvements have been made for MyNBA, MyNBA Online, and The W

• Resolved an issue on systems with specific hardware configurations that could prevent entry to Starting 5 games when the Vertical Sync option has been turned off

As you've probably seen, the PC patch was released last Friday in time for the Season 5 tip-off.

Patch 6.0 is out now for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of NBA 2K25. The PC patch will come through in time for the Season 6 tip-off this Friday.

• The Swaggy Shimmy animation package from Season 5 has been made available for Season 6 and will now activate as expected

MyCAREER /QUESTS/PROGRESSION

• When completing test games in the MyPLAYER Builder, you will now be properly returned to the Finalize Build screen
• Resolved a hang that could occur in the Edit Playbook menu at the start of an NBA season

MyTEAM

• Various performance improvements have been made in the Exchange menu
• Additional minor updates and fixes have been made to the UI and other features in MyTEAM to continue to improve the overall experience

MyNBA/THE W

• Various stability fixes and improvements have been made for MyNBA, MyNBA Online, and The W
• Addressed a possible hang that could occur in the offseason in MyNBA Online
• Fixed a rare issue that could prevent games from being played or simulated when a team’s G League roster isn’t valid

Patch 7.0 is out now for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of NBA 2K25. PC patch will be out by May 17th, in time for Season 7. Patch notes are as follows:
