It's amazing I wonder why they put the modded folder in at all. At this stage a few months in, most pc people have tonnes of modded files they accumulated free and even paid for. I'd be concerned about this stuff longterm. I have been putting a lot of time into rosters and getting all the mods for missing players and files etc. But if we can't use them then whats the point! You are playing the vanilla default game that PS5 and Xbox have. I have not even tried online modes like MyTeam and MyCareer yet this year. Only MyEras. Thats all I ever wanted the game for so it's frustrating that Anti Cheat is included. Thanks for your fix, removing the mods folder at least loaded the game up. I will put it back in piece by piece to see what happens.

Anyone getting ctd at the logo splash screen. Can only get past it by removing mods folder.

Saw that people had this issue in patch 4. Did anyone find a fix?

In case anyone else gets the same error. It's probably an outdated global.iff
