Building shaders in 2K25

Why does the game do this before loading? What is building shaders, and is it needed? It takes quite a while for the game to load. Sorry, I honestly don't know. Also, how do you reinstate injured players back to the active roster without NBA tools? For example, AD is back for Dallas.

I would also like to understand this. Besides everything, I have an overheating problem. I would like to know if this happens to anyone else. My processor gets so hot that it restarts the computer. I don't think it's my problem, because nothing like this happens in other games.

Uncle Drew, Load a roster. Edit AD. Go to vitals. Near the bottom you will see the injury type. Change to "healthy". Save the changes. Fix the roster rotations or make the CPU rebuild rotations. Save the roster.
As far as building shaders it's simply what the game does to optimize the video settings for your graphics card. The game usually needs to do this initially. I did have this done after a patch.
