The game shut downs

The last time I played the game was approximately 1 month ago. It was running without any problems. Now when I start the game it shut downs after team logos screen. Why? How to fix this? Integrity of game files doesn't help.

The same thing is happening to me. After the screen with JT, and then the entire NBA and WNBA teams, the game shuts down on it's own.

Are you using a global.iff ? Anyway try to move out all mods and then start the game. Then close the game, restart windows, put mods in and play. (except global.iff)

what's wrong with global? can't use any global from now on?

If you uses older modded globals you need to first get the original modded global again and import the modded files into that global from yours. I guess 2k25 are using a new global since the last update themselves.

Don't think it's any global.iff file, since I had none. Just a bunch of cyberfaces and some arena and floors. It crashed on me and gave me it something with Easy Cheat do. I deleted all the files in my mods folder and could easily restart.
Question on which was the reason for this crap Easy Cheat thought I was going to cheat. Really a piece of crap.

I believe it is global.iff yes. This is happening to me too! The question is: where can I get this updated global.iff that you refer to? I'm trying to play with mods, in offline mode I can't even play offline, not even with mods. It really is complicated.

You can simply remove the global.iff from your mod folder. Otherwise you can get the "new" global.iff from the game following this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HNKXMhjR69A
