ds5 controller showing as 2

Hello, using the program ds4windows on pc for my ds5 controller. Since the update im seeing 2 controllers on selection screen. Anyone else has this issue and figured out how to fix.

I had the issue at launch and fixed with hide ds4 setting and also tried the hidhide program but neither fixed the issue.
