No commentary for historic rookies in current MyEra

Hi, is it normal for the commentators to just say the names of the players and not the lines that they have for them when they are in their correct time period?

I'm playing MyEra in the current era. Added the 1996 historical draft class. But neither Iverson nor Kobe will be acknowledged with anything more than their name.
But when i start in 1992 and sim to 1996/1997, they will say something about Iversons leaping abilities when I dunk.

Is there anything I can do about this?
