MyCAREER - retired jersey numbers

Hi, is there any way to use retired jersey number in 2k?

Not by any in-game means, as far as I'm aware. It's possible that someone will find a way to override that and edit jersey numbers using Cheat Engine, though that's always a risk due to MyCAREER being a connected mode.

just found a way
for anyone curious
when u play FIBA games you can change your jersey number to any number(except for those that are used by other members of national team, 6(damn you 2k), and probably 69 but i didn't even bothered to check it tbh)
and yes, it stays on you even after you switch back to your regular team in which the number is retired(or at least that happened for me, i'm playing for lakers, they retired 23 after lebron retired, but still was able to pick 23 while playing for national team)
