Hi to anyone who has the game on PC. Is the User created draft class option back from the Features > Create a Draft Class menu?
It got removed sometime in NBA 2k23.

It's there. You even have the option to edit a previously created draft class as well. As far as I know the option to create a draft class has always been there. You can also start a myLeague and when it prompts you to auto create your draft class you have the option to create one then and there.
