Mamba Moments

So, while we don't know much about it yet, Mamba Moments has been confirmed for both versions of NBA 2K24, as per the preview schedule (it's not identified as a New Gen-only feature). As best anyone can tell from the leaks so far, it sounds like a retrospective challenge mode, similar to the Jordan Challenge.

Any expectations or predictions? One of the first look screenshots of Kobe has hinted at the 2009 or 2010 Lakers being part of the challenge, and potentially a new classic team that can be selected outside of it as well.

One thing I hope for is the new classic teams being added outside of Mamba Moments. 2K23 Jordan Challenge featured teams like the '89-'90 Hawks and '94-'95 Bulls which were unselectable outside the mode. Here's to hoping 2K include teams like the '09 Lakers and Magic for Quick Play.

Agreed, it was a shame they were exclusive to that mode. In that regard, I hope the approach to Mamba Moments is more akin to NBA 2K11 than NBA 2K23.
