MyLeague coach question

I have a fictional league going. I'm just before the All Star break and 4 teams fired their coach. They all hired Phil Jackson from the multiple Bulls and Lakers teams. Is it possible to delete coaches from the available pool ? For future leagues I don't want teams firing their coach and hiring great coaches from the classic and all time teams.

Using NBA2K23 Tools you can probably fix this and prevent it from happening.

I know I can fix this problem by changing/editing the CPU coaching staffs. It's a fictional league so it isn't a serious problem for me. I want to prevent the CPU from using these coaches. It's like CPU teams signing Shaq, MJ, Kobe, Malone or Stockton. We can't have 5 Jordans in the league. We can select the player pool when starting a league but not the coaches.
