Weird Neck Type Glitch

When I select nike_u_neck it's like on first screenshot there will be no problem. But there is too much problems with nike_v_neck. How to fix this ? That must change only neck type but gives some stupid issues. Look inside the model. That wasn't look nice :S I can even see shoes from shorts. I want to fix that. Please help to me.
