Help: Applying 3d model to cyberface

Just started to mod 2k23 today, I used ninja rip on 2k23 and rip the files of my player, the texture files are in dds format but the face model exists in a 3d model, I struggle to apply the model to a cyberface. Any help would be much appreciated. The model is attached.
