ALL TIME, CLASSIC, CURRENT HEADSHOT AND PORTRAITS RELEASE + UPDATE 1.1

I collected headshots and portraits from various modders from previous 2Ks, added others that I created, to have almost a complete roster presentation for Alltime, Classic and Current teams.
The last ones are by SLEEPYCHON, I have included them for simplicity.
To make them appear I renamed the default missing 2k's IDs of players without portraits.
The result is that now almost all players have both.
