No User Created Draft Class after update?

The workaround i used before downloading through steam://open/console from reddit worked prior. Now the new update has made the user created draft class dissappear again. I tried that same method and it doesnt seem to be effective. Neither does Mr.Star's fix unless I im aware of where to put the gooeyglobal.iff? That goes into the 2k23 directory right?
