Roster Modding

So I want to change certain team's jerseys because I have some custom teams in my custom roster, so I am trying to use [Hook_Plugin] Roster Modding 1.0 to keep the jerseys from resetting. However, whenever I download the plugin, the only thing that downloads is RosterModding.lua. I'm not sure if i'm doing something wrong or if there's something wrong with the plugin, but I am genuinely confused.

Copy that into NBA 2K_Hook/Scripts
