NBA 2K23, Can't load mycareer, need help

Hello, I was messing with debug options in mycareer with FLS 2.0, and after finishing a game with simcast live i got a blurry background with a lot of cutscenes or story-related games, with no other choice but to choose one of them.
I chose a random thing and i got to a summer league game against Shep Owens.
After finishing that game too, i got the same screen, and without thinking too much I just restarted the game, and now every single time i try to join the same mycareer save, all i get is a infinite loading ( it doesnt even start counting the % of the load, just goes a bit blurry and stays like that until i restart).
All my other career saves are fine, so i was wondering if anyone got a solution because i'm not familiar at all with modding and as i already said, i was just messing with a lot of options.
