Hello everyone,

I figured I'd make a thread to post any UI-related finds I may see in the files, along with other random things of interest.

To kick it off, I've posted my SCNE Insertion Guide along with my basic SCNE guide I authored last year.

If you are interested in editing SCNE files and learning how they work, I highly recommend you check out the documentation I've written.

If reception is well and people are interested, I plan to write another guide focused on VCUIELEMENTS, alongside a revision of my initial SCNE guide as I've found and drawn relationships between more things.

Thanks for this guide Mahmood! How can I implement the next gen background of your ultimate cap package into another gooeyglobal? It doesn't work with dragging and dropping your included file. I texted you already but didn't get a response

Recently, I have began working on 2K23 Remastered an increased amount. I've investigated the "UIArena" (Main Menu Environment) which is S850.iff, which has always been infamously impossible to edit. I have found out that if a single modification is made to the files, 2K straight up does not even attempt to load the file which tells me there is some sort of check in place when it comes to S850.iff. There is a file called "UIArenaMods.VCUIELEMENT" that I think may be correlated with the load logs being blocked. Has anyone else checked this out?

I haven't seen this file but the name alone is interesting since it has "mods" in it.
I've got to check out this .scne insertion guide. Thanks for the guides.
