Head resized, but shoulder problem.

I've used blender 2.79 and autoshrinker 2k20 on Denver legend Fat Lever in order to resize his head.
of course I watched head resize tutorial by the genius The Goods.
but his jersey doesn't fit on his shoulder.
how can I solve this?

It can be fixed on Blender. I would recommend you to use edit mode to move his shoulders to the correct position.
