you fixed the font so we can just edit the font name in the scene file... very smart and very nice

did you just replaceall --- ECA7A670 -> ECC4A284 in the scoreboard vucielement? i'm just wondering... curiosity killed the cat... lol
i have no idea, just guessing, lol... or you did it some other way.

edit: to the other scoreboard makers bouncing around here... if you use the vuielement that karinge fixed, you can just change the fonts in the scene file.

yeah, i've seen your logos floating around... usually around the 2k14 modding... usually somebody on facebook with the "whole i made this," but was actually the ones you made in cinema4d ... andrew had a whole story once about a whole copy/paste roster... but i forget where i read it...

Anyways, i could never make the logos... i'm just not skilled enough in blender, photoshop and cinema4d... people just steal and don't even think about the high quality of work... the things that twist, den2k, you, lagoa, looyh, amarrowade... and lots of other texture artists floating around the modding scene( here and other games)... when i sit down and look closely at the work, it's easily the top 1% of the country product.... like, could sell the stuff to espn themselves

i was absolutely humbled attending a regional conference once... the artists in the country are absolutly crazy talented

Anwyays, i just post my stuff and give it open permissions, not get too attached... but my stuff is just ok texture work... nowhere near professional level.

but yeah, thanks for the scoreboard... and very happy den2k fixed the font scene/stuff... he must've figured it out in his espn scoreboard... i didn't think to poke around... credits to den2k... or maybe somebody else ... the lack of font scene changing has been annoying the past couple years.... like really really bothered me, but never new how to fix it... so i'm happy for the fix.

oh, for me personally, it don't matter if you release the logos or not... I still just use your last logos... they are great. I'm just amazed at the high quality that you and other artists produce. I can barely make a gradient in gimp

edit: oh, the in game panels are easier to mod... i set it up for just one texture viewtopic.php?f=279&t=114253#p2068122 but there is a team color that takes a gradient texture... forget the vertex group ... and the header is a bold team color... i think both are in the lwr3rd_panel_player_team2.SCNE .... i forget what the content.scne is... just nuked it with a blank.dds ... word location is default... didn't look into moving them

anyways, not sure if you seen it, but if you're bored and wanna make the panel texture thingy, the information is there... much easier than 2k20... that had like 20 scenes to edit

not sure how to move words or player name or stuff... been enjoying 2k23 and mostly been playing mygm season... anwyays, have a good day

druk bold is number 2 ... can do the hex or can just put action_nba_bold in the scene file
druk wide is number 6 ... barlow_bold_condensed_stroked ... i had an extra space after the scene file ... and it defaulted the font... just watch for no extra spaces


gonna make a font post in a bit.... then i think im done modding 2k23 for a while, getting bored

I just found an issue
When I use v2, there's this weird white faded square. But when I remove the scoreboard it's gone so maybe it got something to do with it.

Oh thats supposed to be the grey highlight for the team colors, ig ur on a different resolution than 1080p so that might be the cause

Can confirm Karinge, I have the same issue with SFG-51 using your latest ver02 scoreboard.
The white faded huge square.
1440p resolution full screen.

it seems like the problem doesnt exist on my computer/game. No idea how to recreate the problem but ill try some stuff and have sfg test it

converted all my previous scoreboards to 2k23 excluding tnt and fox variants because I dont ever use those. also redid the fonts on all of them

I downloaded the last version of espn scoreobard (whatever version, there is like 5 of them under the file drop-down thingy) "current file" and the scoreboard is correct with my game.

If you haven't found a fix, i am wondering what setting people are playing at? like, do they have texture to medium or something.... anyways, that's all the help i am.. .my game is all the settings at highest,
or maybe they all running 4090's and the driver is messing it up
or it might be a different problem that you figure out, lol

Just checked your latest ESPN 2022-23 scoreboard, and yep, that fixed the issue. Confirmed 100% working with no more issues.
No more of that 'white blurry square' mentioned by SFG-51.
