I’m already doing that and even updating the face textures.

I know this means to be a job, but one more effective suggestion would be to update player faces and bodies per team.
gradually assemble a team-by-team upgrade package.
Since 2k this year changed the bodies of the players and on top of that brought them with faces and bodies totally out of reality.
this is a pity, but also an outburst.
