it's ok to make mistakes when modding

it's ok to make mistakes and even fail when modding

You don't need to watch the video but I included it to show that even experienced modders may have failures when learning to create mods or even install mods. Below I spent about 40 minutes trying to figure out a way to get female created players back on PC. I was successful in past years but on current gen the option has never been available natively in game.

Unlisted video from my YT channel, it's sped up.

An important PSA. (Y)

Modding (or patching as we called it way back in the heyday of tinkering with NBA Live) has always been about experimentation, and sometimes things don't work out. It's all experience.

thanks for the video bro :) it helps because sometimes it's frustrating having those mistakes.
question: is there a full player editor CE table for 2k23? i mean to change body type of created players, assign shoes, etc

not at this time, I don't feel like experimenting for days to find the exact memory values for those things.

Any pointers or guides you can give or show us on how to transfer or use a moving hair on a cyberface?

Modding is always trail and error and sometime mistakes give us our best finding and work :100:

I recently ran into hours worth of mistakes trying to attach a child jersey directly to the player model of a child.
It was a semi success because the 3d model of the jersey showed up but it had the texture of a hat
