NBA 2K23 Alive - 2K25 ROSTER - RATINGS & LATEST TRANSACTIONS (update 28 MAY 25))

Haven't been on the forum much but just want to say awesome job on keeping 2k23 ALIVE. Just posted some of my own stuff, mostly centered around MyLeague, that might help your efforts. If there's anything I can do to help you in your own project, I'm happy to. If not, great job!

is there a way to download only 2025 roster with its mods or required files? or do i have to download the entire files

it's definitely a very nice configuration and thank you for sharing it, however let me say that it's all very confusing in those folders and it gets a tad frustrating trying to install it

I started all over again because my computer broke down. I deleted my previous posts because the new one is more stable. The new mods folder is around 30gb. I have to share it again in pieces.
you can use the roster update above but there may be missing facescans. you will have to wait for the mod pack I will release.
Here's what's new
- rosters and ratings updated according to 2kratings.com (march 29)
- missing profile photos and cyberfaces are complete.
- euroleague roster has also been added but rosters will be updated later.

Sorry for asking you this and bothering you, but could you please provide or make a video that explains the latest file placements of the files and step by step guide to get everything working perfectly. The mod order jpg given by you is perfectly understandable and there are good videos on YouTube on how to install mods for cyberfaces and other stuff like reshade and all, but there are only a few roster mod tutorials which are hella confusing and no tutorial for roster mods combined with other mods for cyberfaces and other things. So I was hoping that you could create a YouTube video on your channel which will be immensely helpful for both beginners and people facing problems like invisible players and such.

The update is great. I have a question though. The new mods 4 file contains all three: cyberfaces and players bodies, logos and jerseys as well. I have my mod folder arrangement as shown by you in the original video posted which are: Mod_NBA2K23 Alive-Cyberface, Mod_NBA2K23 Alive-Jersey 2025, Mods. So could I just place the new mod 4 files in the Mods folder directly or I have to sort out each category and place them in their respective Mod folders?

Hello Sebastos! Your mods are great I just tried it yesterday. However I have one issue that I cant fix. I think the gooeyglobal.iff is causing the game to crash right after the menu with Kobe. When I delete it the game is not crashing anymore. But logos are missing and the players and jerseys are not visible when changing jerseys before playing. The only mods that I am using are the mods on your MODS2025 folder. Do I need to put other files on it?

I put everything in one mod folder. The other lighting and courts are up to you.

Hello. I made everything from scratch. You only need to use the 2025 mod folder and nba hook files that I just released. You don't need the previous one.

You don't need to use the previous ones. This is enough as a single mod file. and nba hook.

Just making sure that I am doing this mods right. All the folders on Mods Part 1 will be put in 1 folder right?

1- Download Nba 2k Hook & extracy & move to Nba 2k23 main folder: https://www.mediafire.com/file/krqs7uys ... 2.zip/file

2- If you don't have one - create a Mods folder in the main directory of nba 2k23.

3- Run the game. Nba 2k Hook will ask for permission-Approve.

4- When the game is fully open, enter the F8 key and activate the Mods folder.

5- Throw all the packages I released into the Mods folder. Final Parttakil hook folder to the main directory.

6- When you run the game, Mods are ready and you can play.

7- Throw the REMOTE and LOCAL folders in the roster file you downloaded for the current rosters into “ NBA 2K23\data\steam\steam_settings\1919590”.

8- When you will use different court and lighting packages, press F8 in the game, move it to the Mods folder and activate it.

If you don't want to use the lighting of the 9k court pack I released, delete everything starting with “s0” in the folder or put it in another folder. and that goes for the other courts and the lighting.

The “settings” and “user data” files in the Roster folder contain various sliders. this is what I set as default. you can also try harder or easier sliders on the slider loading screen.

commentators clothes glitch, to fix it just delete all "clothing_resource_male_blazer" files in clothes folder

Some famous player (Giannis, Derrick Rose) has a generic face in 2013/2014 roster. there is a way to have real faces (i download every files from your all in one mod) ?

Hey Sebastos, I am using your latest mods and the game has been running smoothly for the past 2 months. But I have started to get a major problem of the game crashing whenever I open it. It just crashes at the loading screen (Before the main menu). Could you please help me fix this issue, it would be a big help.
