1 Million Overall/Unlocked Overall

I keep seeing these videos saying stuff like "I GAVE STEPH CURRY ONE MILLION OVERALL" and they show the player doing crazy stuff like dunking from half court etc. I have been trying to find these mods for a while but ive had no luck.

iv'e been able to create a script that allowes me to change it so the UI has no 99 limit, the problem is i can't get it to stick
