How to edit an existing court

I see how you make courts using Lagoa's template, but how can I just edit an existing court? Thanks.

What are you opening it with? Because I’ve tried using 7zip to open the .iff and then GIMP or PS onthe image files inside the .iff, and it gives me this

I open the iff with winrar but 7zip works.
That file might be too big for you to open, the modded ones are 175Mb or so? Or you might not have the latest dds plugin?
Try opening in NVidia Texture Tools and then saving as a png or similar?
Try opening one from a default court instead?

I really just want to edit the court floor. Going to try to add Finals decals to a few courts. Which file is the court floor?

Since you learned how to do it, can you edit Miami's arena and remove FTX from their court and post it? I've been trying to find someone to remove it since they went bankrupt and are not a sponsor anymore.
