but is there a list of portraites id?

You can check them with the manifest file. Open it with notepad ++. Anyway you can assing a “free slot” for portraits. If I were you I would start from 20000. You can create your own excel document with the IDs to edit your roster in an easy way.

Portraits & headshots usually use the player ID number in the file name. I think the action uses the same.

portraits = chr_g9999.iff
headshots = chr_r9999_a1.iff

what do you mean with “actions”?
