LIKE I WANNA KEEP THOSE DESIGNS WHILE SETTING UP A NEW MYLEAGUE OFFLINEI remember that there was a way you could access your MyLeague save and extract some of the design textures from associated files, but they came out lower quality.
This is actually pretty do-able and are a way to achieve Jersey mods on console.
There are just a few short steps"
First, find where Steam is stored on your computer

and go into the UserData folder.

From there, open the numbered folder (named 313586024 for me) and from there, open the 1919590 folder. (Sorting by Date Modified is helpful)

And open the 'Remote' folder, and you will see files similar to these.

The DataForMyLEAGUE0004.team0 files hold many pertinent uniform, court, and branding files. You can open these files with 7Zip to view and extract the contents.
You can see in the below example of the Arena Name texture being exported. If you have any roadblocks lmk and I can try to help!
