Replay transition screen force player portraits

In past 2Ks we always had a mod for the roster editor to force player portraits which was lit. Idk if it's possible but it would be really cool to have that option to force the player portraits for the replay transition screen as well to match the next gen version where it is like this since the 3d ingame model pictures aren't looking that great...
