Possible to edit legends age without a roster editor?

Is there anyway to edit the players on classic team's ages? I want to add a bunch of legends and start a MyLeague but have them all be 20 years old. Is this possible without a roster editor?

You could with Cheat Engine. Most everything 2K Tools does can be done with Cheat Engine, it's just a pain in the ass.
