NBA 2K22 Shoes Creator - my created shoes don't appear

I play NBA 2K22 offline mode and use NBA 2K22 tools. I have created shoes in shoes creator but my shoes don't appear in the NBA 2K22 Tools menu so I can't use it. How to fix it?
