Hook Plug in crashes my game before every game

Help! I was editing the roster, now suddenly I can't play the game anymore, it crashes before every game.

If I delete the hook plug in (especially the dinput8.dll) it works, also it works when I disable the hook.

Check if you have any global file in your Mods folder and remove it.
