Crashing with modded faces

Hi all,
Q: Aren't faces of 2K21 compatible with 2K22 ?
- I've installed over 300 faces, mostly from 21 (( including 2K20 with appearance modified in png file ))
- global and male skin for 2K22
- also using reshade
but game is crashing after 1st quarter.
I tried removing faces and it worked. which faces aren't fully compatible?
does anyone experienced the same?
