new appereance_info.RDAT ?

Hello guys,

i'm doing some experiments on CF and apparently the new CFs have a different appereance file than the ones seen in the old versions of NBA2K. When opening the appereance_info.RDAT file there is another file of the same name inside, which cannot be opened.

That you know is there a way to open and edit this file? Thanks
