CE Roster Editor Help

Anyone have any tutorials on editing rosters with CE?
ive been messing around with ksmiz tables from last year but i cant figure it out.
i think for rosters the address usually starts with 7FF4? i've been scanning and trying to figure it out
i even tried the 2k19 f000 just to see if i can get anything lol
